The Founder
Meet Haley Bastin
Kentucky born and Tampa based, Haley Bastin spent six years climbing the corporate ladder, developing talent and shaping industry leaders. Beyond the office, her gifts carried her from the conference stage to building large-scale events, and from advising entrepreneurs to the political campaign trail. The world called it success. God called it idolatry.
In April 2024, a radical encounter with the Holy Spirit revealed a humbling truth, she had been using Jesus’ name to bless her own way. During that pivotal moment, Haley gave God her yes, without fully understanding what it would cost. She was let go from her job in corporate America and decided to tear down the businesses she had built. What felt like losing everything became the start of a journey to discover who she really is, why she carries the gifts she does, and how it all fits into the plan God had in mind when He created her.
Today, Haley serves in full-time ministry. Bastin Enterprises is a company she founded to advance the Kingdom. Through it, she releases blueprints and helps visionaries implement plans to change the world. Her conviction is simple: when we discover God’s original intent for our lives, we begin to bring Heaven to Earth.
“Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.”
